  Requirements vary by role. We value hands-on experience, technical skills, and a strong work ethic. Experience from manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, or other industrial environments can be highly relevant.

• Do I need marine industry experience?

  No. Many of our employees join us from other industries and learn the specifics of electric boat manufacturing through training and onboarding.

• What should I expect during the interview process?

  The process typically includes an initial conversation, an interview with the hiring team, reference checks, and a pre-employment health check. You will need to come on site for meetings when called for. We are office first company and believe in personal meetings.

• Will I get to see the production facility?

  Depending on the role and location, you may have the opportunity to visit our facility during the interview process. In-depth tours and production area orientation are typically provided during onboarding after employment begins.

• What is your work from home policy?

  We believe in the strength of in-person collaboration and prioritize working together in the office. Office-based roles offer flexibility to work from home when needed, while production teams are based on the floor where hands-on presence is essential.

• Is safety training provided?

  Absolutely. Safety is a top priority, and all employees receive the training and equipment needed to work safely and confidently.

• Do you provide onboarding and training?

  Yes. Our onboarding program is designed to help you understand our products, processes, safety standards, and company culture from day one.

• What opportunities are there for career growth?
