The Candela P-12 is our latest innovation—the world’s first electric hydrofoil ferry in operation, serving commuters in Stockholm and soon expanding to several other countries. By combining lightweight carbon fiber hulls, sensors, computers, and advanced submerged hydrofoils, our vessels fly above the water, delivering unmatched efficiency compared to conventional diesel ferries.
We are seeking a highly customer-focused Business Intelligence Analyst to support our sales and business development initiatives with strategic insights, market intelligence, and data-driven business cases tailored for customers. In this role, you will work with global companies, identifying new customer opportunities, analyzing market segments, and developing compelling cases that showcase the value of our solutions. Your work will directly impact sales strategies, customer engagement, and business expansion.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Customer-Focused Business Case Development – Build data-driven business cases that demonstrate the value of our solutions to potential and existing customers.
- Sales & Business Development Support – Provide insights and analysis to help sales teams identify opportunities and increase probability to close.
- Market & Segment Analysis – Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and market activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Customer Identification – Analyze and map potential customers, helping sales teams prioritize high-value prospects.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams – Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align business cases with customer needs and market trends.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Use qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable recommendations that support revenue growth.
To be successful in the role:
You are a proactive and self-driven individual that can work both independently as well as in a diverse teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have a customer-centric mindset to be able to understand customer needs and tailor business cases accordingly. You love working with data and are able to interpret complex data and translate them into a clear and actionable business insights. You are also great with words and enjoy crafting business cases, analyses and present finding clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, business analysis, sales support, or business development.
- Experience in B2B, technology, or global business environments is a plus.
- High proficiencies in Excel, Powerpoint and MS Office. Experience in other data analytic tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Swedish and other languages is a plus
