What's your role in Candela?
I own the full development lifecycle of our in-house developed PCBAs, from early concept development together with our Product and Software teams through validation, testing, and production.
What would you tell someone who's thinking about joining the team?
If you enjoy real ownership and want to have a direct impact on a high-performance, futuristic product, and like working in a flat organization where you might have lunch with your closest colleague one day and the CEO the next, and appreciate spontaneous afterwork with your colleagues, you will fit in right.
