My first day at Candela started with a warm welcome from the HR team and an introduction to the company from leaders across different departments. I also met fellow new joiners and quickly started networking! The highlight of the day was touring the production unit and seeing one of the P12s under production. Most importantly, the warm welcome from colleagues made me feel truly welcomed and already a part of the team.

My first day at Candela was very exciting. I had the opportunity to meet my team and colleagues from different departments. I also visited the shop floor and saw the boats up close, which was a great experience. We had a team lunch, which was a nice way to get to know my teammates and feel welcomed from day one. One of the highlights came on my second day, when I had the opportunity to go out on a vessel during a inspection. It was a fantastic experience and a great way to see the amazing product we are building firsthand.

My first day at Candela was inspiring. Hearing about the company’s journey and learning from different teams about what they do and the challenges they’re solving was a great introduction to Candela’s culture and mission. I also really enjoyed visiting the production floor and meeting the people there. Everyone was welcoming and happy to explain their work and show me what happens at each station. It gave me a great first impression of the collaborative and hands-on culture at Candela.

My first day at Candela was a great experience. The introduction was informative and gave me a good foundation to get started. I especially enjoyed seeing the factory and getting a first-hand look at how we build our products. It was also valuable to learn about how different teams work together, and I quickly got a sense of the collaborative and hands-on culture at Candela. The factory tour and the health and safety introduction were the highlights of my first day. It felt very professional to have such a structured introduction from day one and helped me feel welcomed, prepared, and part of the team.
