How does your role impact Candela's mission?
The goal for me personally is to make the consumables and other parts as accessible as possible, to make it easier for production to work without having to worry about supplies needed. On a singular employee perspective, my impact may be small, but on a grander scale, my team in WH have had a huge impact.
What would you tell someone who's thinking about joining the team?
Put all your effort from the beginning! If you do that, you learn and improve very quickly with the help of the awesome colleagues.
