What's your role at Candela?
I'm an HR Business Partner, partnering with teams across the organization. I work closely with our leaders to build great teams, develop our people, and help create an environment where both individuals and the business can thrive.
What do you enjoy most about working at Candela?
The people, without a doubt. Everyone is incredibly talented, passionate, and genuinely committed to what we're building. There's a strong willingness to help each other and work towards the same goal, and I think that's what makes Candela such a special place to work. Knowing that we're contributing to a more sustainable future makes the work even more meaningful.
How does your role impact Candela's mission?
Building great boats starts with building great teams. I help attract, develop, and support the people who make our mission possible. Every great idea, every innovation, and every boat we deliver starts with the people behind it, and I'm proud to support the people who make it happen.
