I am a Senior Test Technician. My focus is on testing and validating different systems used on our vessels. I plan, execute, and analyze test protocols, from hardware to software and flight performance to ensure we meet the high standards of safety, efficiency and reliability needed to operate in a commercial environment.

How has your role at Candela evolved?
My journey here has been a continuous evolution over the past few years. I joined Candela in late 2021 as a Composite Technician. From there, I transitioned into Technical Support, troubleshooting, and diagnosing vessels globally. That deep understanding of our products naturally led me into R&D as a Test Technician, and today, I get to bring all those disciplines together to test and refine our technology.
What do you enjoy most about working at Candela?
It’s rare to find a role where you can have such a direct impact on taking a boat from a prototype to a finished product shipped all over the world. What makes it even better is working alongside brilliant, down-to-earth colleagues who support each other, share a great sense of humor, and always bring their very best to the table.
How does your role impact Candela's mission?
Testing is where innovation meets reality. My job is to prove our technology under real-world conditions, identify limits, optimize efficiency, and make sure our tech is bulletproof before it reaches our customers.
