At Candela we produce and sell electric hydrofoiling boats and our ultimate purpose is to speed up the transition to fossil fuel-free lakes and oceans. We strive to re-think efficiency in marine transportation to radically push the performance boundaries of electric boats and ships.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Production to support Candela’s growth ambitions as we 2023 will continue to scale up our business. This is a role where you'll have a big responsibility in securing the staffing of our Production site in Rotebro (north of Stockholm). You’ll be part of a friendly and tightly knit HR team of 10+ super talents. We are ridiculously passionate about our work. You will:

• Be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish
• Identifying talents through applications, sourcing and guiding them through the entire hiring process
• Conduct video interviews
• Write and ensure that job ads are written creatively, accurately and placed on relevant job boards
• Work closely with our hiring stakeholders in Production: Head of Production and Production Supervisors
• Manage interview scheduling across the teams
• Check references
• The role is based primarily at our offices, located in Frihamnen and in Rotebro. You need to be comfortable working in both places
  

Your profile:

• A University degree, preferably within HR or Business
• Experience from recruiting to Production/Operations is a plus but not a must, more important is a “can-do” mentality and willingness to learn
• A “doer” that gets stuff done
• Feel comfortable in an everchanging work environment and be flexible
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish is a must
• It is a plus if you have experience in working with work permits and the migration service

This is a full-time position at our Headquarter and production facility in Frihamnen and Rotebro. Working language is English, if you also know Swedish it will be a benefit for yourself, but it is not a prerequisite for the role.
